Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing us. Please carefully read our Shipping Policy before purchasing any of our products. If you have any questions, please contact us on kmtinfo@gmail.com.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed in 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. From there, the customer will receive an order reference for the product via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Fees
We offer door to door shipping. An estimation of shipping rates and times, which are subject to change and duly communicated on the website are the following :
1. Door-To-Door: R100.00
3-5 Business days after order has been processed or longer depending on capacity of the shipping company.
2. Paxi (to be collected at your nearest Pep Store): R65.00
7-9 Business days after order has been processed.
Please note that shipping process and logistics is undertaken by the shipping company. The shipping company will normally issue to the customer a tracking number. The customer’s e-mail address or the WhatsApp number that the customer has provided to us will be used in this case. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the shipping. If there be any delay, please contact the courier service responsible for your package. Should there be no response from the courier services within 5 business days, kindly contact us on kmtingo@gmail.com with your tracking number, and your product reference number. For returns or refunds, kindly refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address for delivery. If the customer have supplied a wrong address, kindly contact us. However, if the package has been sent out for shipping, the customer will be liable for re-shipping costs (at an additional R125.00). All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day respectively. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
For now, orders and shipping only apply to South Africa.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will also be able to track your package directly on the courier’s website.
Damages
KM’T is not liable for products lost or damaged during the shipping process. In the event that your product arrives damaged, keep the products and shipping materials and contact the courier or our support center (kmtinfo@gmail.com) to file a claim for your products. We will get back to you with your options regarding your situation.
