Refund policy

Kindly note, cancellations of orders are allowed within 2 days of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are impossible.

Return
Please note that we only accept unused and unopened returns within 5 days of purchase. To return a product, email us at kmtbykemetsales@gmail.com with the following:

1. Picture of the product package.
2. Your name and order number.
3. Reason for the return.
If your return query is successful, you will be held liable for shipping costs related to the return thereof

 

Refund
Refunds may only be requested within 5 days of receiving the product. In the event of a refund request, email us at kmtbykemetsales@gmail.com with the following:

1. Your name and order number
2. Reason for refund
Within 7 days we will notify you whether your application for a refund was successful or not. In the event of it being successful, please allow 14-21 days for the refund to be reflected into your bank account.
